Travel Insurance: Personal insurance such as trip cancellation, interruption, or medical coverage.
Personal Expenses: Souvenirs, laundry, porterage, telephone calls, mini-bar, and other incidental items.
Internet: Wi-Fi or other Internet services are not provided during the tour.
Beverages: Beverages at meals unless stated otherwise.
Church Donations: Voluntary contributions (typically $2–$5 per person).
Visas/E-Visas/ ETIAS and others: Travelers are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas for the countries at their own cost.
Meals: Meals not included in the itinerary (those outside the regular menus provided by the tour). Meals are pre-set with no option for a choice of menu. Allergies may be accommodated with prior notice.
Change of Travel Dates: Any deviation from the original group travel dates may result in additional airfare and taxes.
Airport Transfers for Land-Only Passengers (If a traveler is not taking a group flight and is arriving by land only, they are responsible for arranging their own airport transfer, either by taxi or bus.)
